This policy explains what we collect when you use ClipRush, why, and the choices you have. We design for privacy and brand safety first.
1. Who we are
ClipRush is operated by VPStar LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11961194, registered office 1 Clement Bois, NN13 6LH, United Kingdom). VPStar LTD is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account details (such as your email), content you upload or generate, and basic usage data needed to operate the Service and bill credits.
3. How we use it
To run generations, maintain your Library, process payments, keep the Service secure, and improve its reliability and safety. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Faces & safety
ClipRush uses content-safe models and runs content moderation on inputs and outputs. We forbid deepfakes and the deceptive use of a real person’s likeness, and we do not generate NSFW content.
5. Storage & retention
Generated assets are stored so you can access them in your Library. You can delete clips at any time; deletions remove them from your account. We keep some data for as long as needed to provide the Service or to meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights over your personal data, including to access, correct, delete, or export it, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local data-protection authority.
